I got a box of yellow on the birthday. I like these too.

Underrated ball. Good for those with geezer SS and don't care about a urethane cover. Cally SuperSoft 2021 version 38 compression. I get the feel of the Cally SS spins a bit more off the driver than the Srixon Soft Feel both come in gloss yellow. After the 2019 MGS study with robot testing on matte balls having wonky spin numbers in wet conditions with wedge shots I stopped using matte balls. We are in a wet period now.

Typhoon When they had that sale a few weeks ago, I did buy 4 dozen ProV1 & 1x. How well and long I can hit the ProV1x is scary....... with the fact they are almost $60/dozen. But damn, do those things fly and roll forever. Longest balls I've hit this season.

I saw that on My Golf Spy. But I don't notice any difference. If it's too wet we allow wiping the ball off. 🙂 The biggest issue with matte balls is they get dirtier more easily.

I found a Srixon Q Star Tour ball that was half red and half yellow. I liked it. It was funky looking spinning in the air.

I've been rather loyal to Bridgestone for many years.
Doesn't mean I won't play other balls though - I'm often playing a wide variety of balls that I've found while looking for my wayward drives. I can go weeks without opening a sleeve of balls that I purchased 😜

I'm only slightly picky; will keep Titleist, Callaway, Srixon, Taylor Made, Vice - toss back most others.

I’m still going through the Maxflu U4 and
U4X and a couple dozen Maxfli Tours. I don’t get to play enough to bother to switch and there are no practice greens near me where we can chip and the courses are all packed, even at 7:30 pm so not a lot of options to compare balls. Besides, 2 dozen for $50 if I ever run out and now they come in yellow.

I've been playing Seed golf balls for most of this year ( seedgolf.com ) - currently the SD-02 (ProV1x/TP5x equivalent), but will be going back to the SD-01 (ProV1/TP5 equivalent) with my next order. (Both are very playable for me, but I prefer the softer feel of the SD-01.)

Can't find my old favourite Wilson Staff FG Tours anymore, I think the Q-Star Tours are the likely replacement, but I have a host of test balls to tryout.

colej I agree. Liked the tour response at first, but the TP5X is the ball. I get them free in my front yard. Pretty sad that people play an expensive ball and can't keep it on the course side of a highway on a par 3.

Snell mtb-x for three years. Fits my game. Does what I need a ball to do.
Don't hit but 230 max anymore. But hit the ball straight ... most times.
For an old fu**, the only ball I've been able to spin and stop on short approaches. YRMV.

meagain Me too, and they really shouldn't fit me, but they're long and then of course have good greenside spin. In true Buzz fashion I'd never buy them at full price. I got some used or play what I find.

I really like the Mizuno RB 566 V. I started playing these on a whim last season and I have stuck with them. They do everything well.

garyt1957 This ball is really under the radar, but I love it. Feels good off the tee, good off the irons, good off the wedges, good off the putter. Flies true and holds its line well in the wind. Putts true. Just a really nice ball for a decent price.

They have. I'm 150 feet from the road. Have over 4000 balls.
