Played 18 today and for the most part, used a new ball that is out.
Description:
3 Piece Urethane Covered Performance Golf Ball
Low-Mid Compression
332 Dimples
Mid-High Spin
It does have a pearlescent type cover on it, without being 'glaring'; looks nice.
From performance off the driver I would say this is around 70-75 compression. It is not a hard feeling, nor soft feeling ball...Goldilocks would love it! As far as spin, I do not spin the ball much, but do get the 'drop/stop' on wedges, and I did get that from this ball. Distance off the tee was same/better than the others I also hit today...Callaway Supersoft, ProV1, Titleist TruFeel, Pinnacle Exception, so it's got that going for it. Hits with fw clubs were no different than other balls also. Any bounce/rollout on fws was as normal as I get with all others. The cover is very durable; no wedge scuffs as I'd sometimes get with other balls. I deliberately sent this ball through some trees, 4 times to be exact, and not only did it go through every time, it came away with minimal scuffs. It actually could not be knocked down, a surprising thing in golf balls.(yes, these were all deliberate attempts for reporting purposes. ๐
)
The best comparison, of all the balls I used, would be to the Prov1. So, I would consider this more of a premium ball.
The ball.................
Thanks Kelly.....very nice product!! ๐๐
