Tomorrow will be 90 here. Glad I’m not working at the course. It should be interesting….
On Tuesday the tee sheet for Thursday was completely full other than 3 random single spots. That’s over 400 people on Juneteenth. It’s also going to be humid and in the 90’s. 2 weeks ago we had those temps and nobody would play. I walked 18 in 2.5 hours. Not a soul out there. At our course they come to the counter when it’s 80 using an oxygen mask because of the “heat”.
So tomorrow either everyone will cancel because they didn’t look ahead at the forecast OR we will run out of carts. Funny part is we have leagues late afternoon and they ALL ride. There is zero chance of them having enough carts.
