Par4QC No Golf… Perhaps one of the dumbest men alive plays at our place ( yes, what are the chances…). So I was working just to answer the phone because it rained so bad the creek that runs across holes 1,9 and 10 had flooded. Also the pond on 18 that the creek feeds into flooded its banks. When you looked out from the Proshop you just about only saw water. Holes were not passable. So this since comes in, big guy pushing low 300lbs., Igives us Italians a bad name. Has the wind tunnel tested hairdo and Sopranos accent. Anyway he walks in and says, “18 holes, cart.” He also walked around the course closed sign on the walk.
I told him the course was closed because of the rain. He says, what rain, it stopped. I said, did you look out there? You can’t get by on any of the holes. He turns and looks…. He’s pissed, and he repeats, “ it stopped raining….” I just said “keep looking”. He eventually left
