Any love left for steel fairway shafts? I used to play TT Lite in my fairways years ago and hit them well. Perhaps they would be too heavy for this geezer now. I still have some TX-90 steel in my 3 Heavy Sole Rescues (.335 tips) and they are really smooth.

I can't hit a 3 wood off the deck anymore. For fairway woods I now use a Taylormade m2 21* 5 wood, a 23* Callaway Epic Flash 9 wood and a 25* Callaway Epic Flash 11 wood. Geezerhood now has me just trying to keep the ball in the fairway and no longer "going for the green" with hero shots...

He said in his press conference that he has devoted more time to exercise in the gym and less time to eating, and that he fasts 36 hours per week. I'm devoting myself to that same regimen......I'll start in a month or two!! 🤣🤣

I fast every day. I stop eating at dinner time and don’t eat again until 12 pm the next day. Every once in a while I’ll fast for 24 hours. It’s very easy to do once you get going on it.

colej Phil would basically be fasting for one day. Say from 7PM Sunday to 7AM Tuesday for example. Jeez that sounds hard to do.

I seem to be in a minority here. I love my old school TM V steel 15 degree three wood. I use it off the tee sometimes and off the deck other times. No problem to get it airborne, and the distance is decent.
