sdandrea1 Nope Steve, that is why I didn't want to say anything. That was several years ago when I had a 116-120 SS.
My point of everything was these clubs were truly an innovation but originally they were pricey. A set of irons was over $2500 and the drivers and woods were $3 and 4 hundred dollars in the late 90's.
I still have my 13 3W that originally belonged to Paul Azinger and is still the longest 3W I have ever hit. There are more forgiving and easier to hit models, but that is longer. I have a Nike T-60 13 3W in my bag that isn't as long, but is super easy to hit with it's 60 gram Tungsten plug inside to promote a high launch.
That is why I contend I haven't hit a wood made since 2006 that is truly longer.
Either way I was just trying to point out something cheap you might try.
