I have some that I only use for my two new Vokey wedges and they are Clubglove.
I have others that are only used whenever I travel with the clubs outside of my immediate control, ie., airlines. These come off after they reach their air destination, and go back on the next flight.
But I am also a believer that after a get-to-gether period of time, all clubs come to a realization of their hierachy in the Golf bag.
There are the greeters, (2,3,4)... and I have always thought of them as clangers. None of these are in my bag anymore as I am ancient.
Affectionate friends. (5,6)
And passionate buddies. (7,8,9,P)
The most used clubs protect their position in the modern bag by covers, and by wells.
