In yesterday's round, my son wore his Garmin watch (Instinct 3) that I got him for his birthday to track his exercise. He used it on the course and aside from giving him gps yardages, it also tracked his swings and score (I guess it is able to differentiate between practice swings and impact swings). When he was done with the round, he pulled it onto a phone app and it mapped every stroke on each hole. I didn't ask, so I don't know how it deals with penalty strokes, which he had a couple of. I assume you have to manually add those in.
