Anyone play these? They only make three types. The Avant, Elixr and Vero X1. Here's an interview with one of the designers of the golf balls.

I played the Elixr. 3 pc. Urethane cover.....thought it was a good ball.....worth a look. Price is pretty good too.

The Elixr performs well. Feels and plays a lot like Chrome Soft in my opinion. Haven't played any others from the brand. I haven't played it a lot only because it is not stocked locally and I can often find lower prices on premium balls when I go looking online.

The Let’s Play Thru guy plays the Vero X1 and loves it. He’s a 5 handicap with a ~ 99 mph swing. He plays in Tampa at Carrolwood where he films his videos. It sells for less than Pro V1's.

I'd probably try the Avant, might be similar to my Srixon Soft Feels. For a premium ball I like the Chrome Softs, but I’m a cheap bastid when it comes to golf balls.🙂

In the video he says sells for $20 less....on the website they are $40. Not sure what model he's referring to but $40, other than Titleist, is the going rate for a dozen golf balls from the big boys, unless picking them up at a proshop.

Vero X1 and Elixir are both 85 compression balls, which is fairly high, unless SS is in the 90s. They should have something between the Avant and these, in the 70-75 range.

I've seen the Vero for $39.99, Elixr $29.99 and the Avant is $19.99. I watched the video and not sure what he means.

I tried a sleeve of the elixr last fall. Very nice ball. It does every thing well. They seem to hate woods and water which is a plus.
