Par4QC Very well could be poor shaft fit but I did hit this shaft very well 2 drivers ago in the PXG 0811 XF Gen 2 (should never have sold it). While perhaps it is a bit too stout for me now 3 to 4 years later, I suspect it's other factors, namely me.
This is only my second time playing this year with zero range sessions or practice in between. I also did yard work yesterday so the back was stiff and I teed off at 6 with very little in the way of a warm up. I am also working on alignment and grip - after years of fighting the hook I got progressively weaker in my grip and was using a more open stance to work the fade. I was starting to overcorrect so I'm trying to get back to more neutral.
Time will tell!
