So anyway, the ACER XV Professional iron heads got a 9-hole outing today. They're typical good component heads. Nice Callaway clone. Perform like any other but don't feel as good as their multi- material high tech Callaway models.

The K15 driver is STILL a VERY good unit.

I bought several sets of those irons when GolfEtail had them dirt cheap. Played 1 round and was surprised. I then sent all the sets off for the kids at my home town course.

I have the Acer Tour Blades now and they are as good as any OEM. (you can thank me later 😄)

Par4QC When you go out with the same clubs 10 times, and shoot the same score 10 times, that is boring as hell to me...and Steve. Even if it's 10 different courses.

Going out and shooting -8 with the same clubs 10 times in a row wouldn’t be too boring would it!😁. If I shot 110 10 times in a row with the same clubs… that wouldn’t be boring… that’s be grounds for quitting.

And where is that headed? 😂😂

You should do a K15 vs. Rhapsody shootout🙄 oh wait…😁

For money, no. For fun/pleasure, yes. Need to see if I can shoot the same or even lower, with something different.
It is the way, as @Subsonic says.

        I wonder if there's a 12 step program for ho's? 🤔
Maybe that's what the $12 shipping really means!

Again, I think what happens with clubs when you play well is similar to when you find a swing key that seems to work.

I’ve seen it all too many times. You find a key and say ‘I’ve got it’, only to find out you had it for a limited period of time.

The same can happen with clubs. You’ll find a club and have a few good rounds and the over exuberance is natural. But then the honeymoon ends and the reality of everything golf gets realized once again.

It’s just some keep going back and trying to relive the honeymoon. And sometimes they do. But forget it’s still just a honeymoon and just like before won’t last. Lol

Monogamy is never really part of the plan for serial club ho’s. Despite the at times flowery talk.😎

You still don't get it. 🙄

Sneaky- go over to the "What did you buy" thread and tell all those guys why they're doing what they do. I'm testing clubs I haven't tried and posting my results. Geez.

            sdandrea1

Sure I do. Just read where you’re selling a set of clubs that someone said were on your holy grail list. Lol. Just busting balls. 😂

Thing is, I NEVER SAID THEY WERE HOLY GRAIL.

Something about the fastest turnaround in Golfbuzz history. "They were on his Holy Grail list this week, that's all I know!" The guy misquoted you then. lol I'll back off I can see you're sensitive to all this.

It is funny though in a good way. 😁 We bust balls terribly in our golf group. I need to learn that I can't do that everywhere.
