LBlack14 Well, all the officers involved said no smells, or associated signs of drinking, or 'under the influence'. We can readily assume that being he did have surgery his blood was drawn/typed/tested, but any of that info given to authorities would have to be through a court order. People have big mouths, so if any orders were written up, it would already be public from a "source". If he was 'impaired', it will have to go through the court to find out, and they can still do that, so....
The black box is not going to show any impairment of the driver. It might only show what could possibly have caused the accident. Could very easily been a mechanical failure they find.
We do know there was no one sitting on his face, blocking his view, much like an interstate accident near here a couple years ago, where both subjects were impaled with the steering column.(true story) No black box needed to determine the cause in that one.
Tiger will forever be in the news, when he does anything deemed 'newsworthy'. He is the Kim K. of the sports world. Actually, Kim gets publicity if she changes the dial on the radio, so, TW has a ways to go. But with Charlie having the skills he does, TW will always be news. (And I'm hoping Charlie is bigger news that he was.)
