I have never had a cup of coffee in my entire life. I've tasted it many times and it's disgusting.

KCee I love coffee, but I'm lazy so I'm not traveling with my AeroPress lol.

We always buy a $10 coffee maker wherever we go and just leave it behind. Pays for itself easily but mostly I want coffee immediately when I get up and don't want to get dressed and go out.

We did do that once on our winter golf trip. I wouldn't have thought of it, but my buddy had apparently done that before. Oddly enough only like 3 of 8 of us drank coffee and the place we stayed that year had nothing.

garyt1957 half the reason I pack instant around. Some of the places I've stayed do have a small coffee pot. They just don't have enough coffee for me. I'll hit a store and pick up something to eat for the night, and something for the morning along with a quart of milk. I normally carry bottled water in the truck, so I'll throw 6 of those in my bag for the morning. This way, I can have my coffee no matter how cold it is outside. The only time it didn't work for me was when one place that had a pot, the pot didn't work...

Rickochet I have never tried a Starbucks product. I have a friend that stops at Starbucks every morning and gets two huge drinks probably spending $20. I don't think she realizes how much that adds up to in a months time and she is making low end wages.

And the calories. I see all these people walking around the grocery store sucking on their Starbucks. Like you can't shop without sticking something in your face?

I have coffee 3 ways. Keurig for my wife, espresso machine for me when I have time, and automatic drip for me when I don't. Drink Starbucks a few times a year when we're on the road somewhere but haven't tried much outside the standard latte. The rest of the family loves the sweet mixes they serve. Starting to think I may be a three-time loser on this forum: I like coffee, avocadoes, and also think Mac Jones still has the potential to be a very good NFL quarterback. I wish the Titans would trade one of the QBs they don't want to use anymore for him.

The Tim Horton's instant coffee up here is sold in jars (at Walmart)
