Walterjn from what I'm understanding, so is Canada...
I saw the pictures of New York City with the heavy smoke. That's bad for the fire being so far away. We looked
almost that bad a few weeks ago here in SW MN. That smoke was from fires in Alberta. The wind was northwest
for several days in a row and the smoke was pushed down here. New England is getting smoke from a couple
places in Canada. I feel for them. The smoke got bad enough here that it somewhat affected my breathing while
I was outside and the smoke out east seems to be worse than it was here. It did get thick enough that it looked
like fog rolling in and you could easily smell it.
