Bravopilot Must be moire people 65+ to warrant all the Medicare ads (scams maybe). I mute these since I'm not Medicare but getting there. Learning more about my "free healthcare for life" as a retired military type. They meant until 65. Retired ID card used to state Indefinite, now they inform me the month I turn 65.
Actually it is not necessarily a scam and it certainly is not free. The plans has to be paid for but people can most often save money by using the supplements instead of paying out of the pocket for various medical stuff. My retired military ID is blue has "Indef" in the expiration block on the front but has a date of issue and a 5 year expiration date on the back. I just use it for military discount ID. I have never used VA for any medical issues since I have had good medical plans in the past and now with medicare and my retirement system pays my supplement issurance 100%>
