Rickochet With an entire shop stuffed full of golf stuff from 60 years of playing golf and 20 years of clubmaking here is my entire putter collection. Both of them One is a Mentorsports Triad II that I have had in the bag for so long I can't remember how long (no geezer jokes please). I usually play the Triad with two 50g. SS weights and one 14g alum. weight. When greens are slow I take out the 14g and put in a third 50g. I have a 100g. weight in the case but have never used it on the course. My only backup putter is a very old Integra "Anser" style that I removed the polymer face and replaced with brass and added 100g of lead in the back cavity. You can see by the look of the lead why I call this beauty Mr. Fugly. An interesting tidbit is that I removed the plastic insert because it didn't give me the crisp feel I like. I put the brass insert in and it felt dead as well. It finally dawned on me that I had used shafting epoxy to glue the insert in which maintains a bit of shock absorption. I removed it and re-glued with JB weld and it was then crisp like I wanted.
LogicalOne I donโt think I can get all of my putters in one pic, but I really only use one! ๐๐ Itโs pretty cool seeing all the pics though. ๐
Spuzz KCee Sounds like my driver. So how much to sneak it across the border? LOL I hadn't given it any thought of selling anywhere but local, due to shipping costs. It's brand new-ish. Heads are 50 bucks or so, CDN and I'd like to get that back if I can.
KCee Spuzz Might be cheaper for me just to order one $40 from GW. Or not. I always go back and forth from mallet to blade, but the mallet is usually more reliable and just needs a timeout every 10-12 rounds lol.
Spuzz KCee Might be cheaper for me just to order one $40 from GW I am sure it is. No worries. If it was more used, I'd send the head to ya for nothing but I can't without the wife bruising me. ๐ฎ It rolls it nice and it's a decent looking head too, just not for me.
Sneakylong Left to right: Yes Sandy, Yes Nicky, Scotty M2 Select Newport, Bettinardi SS28, Odyssey Stroke Lab Double Wide. The Double Wide has been in the bag for awhile. It doesn't want to leave. ๐
