the Waste Management and RC already have that and are by an infinite margin the most fun and exciting events on tour. NFL, Pro Soccer, Hockey...all have it. Of course one needs to ensure there is a limit to the boisterousness but other sports do it so golf can and it will be amazing for fans and ratings....again this is why the Waste Management is so popular, it is what people want. Sure it goes against tradition but we are just old, grumpy white guys and now mostly irrelevant , as are our likes/dislikes. Golf will move forward whether we like it or not. 20 years ago I would have never dreamed of golf courses being full of cart playing music, young dudes and dudettes out having a grand time , drinking, smoking up, having cigars. ....30 years ago, I was probably doing same but a minority....used to intentionally hit my ball astray so I could take a puff and not be seen.....now , up here and in some states, people can spark up with impunity
And for the record , Nascar isn't a sport 😉
