Crunchy (or extra crunchy) with peach or strawberry preserves. The extra crunchy does for me what Grape-Nuts does for you sdandrea1 except it tastes better.
What it is spread across makes no difference to me. In the last few months, PBJ has graced the surfaces of white and wheat bread, Italian, French baguettes, on saltines, and either out of the bag or toasted, Toasting the PBJ with the bread in a toaster oven is another version. The most versatile food staple/snack known to man.
