You mention politics and it going sideways right from the beginning. Why post it? Do the things you say and do build goodwill and friendships?

I understand you are in a stressful situation and am giving you the benefit of the doubt. Try modifying your behavior some and folks may enjoy your company more on the forum.

The above sentence means I made it political?

I'm worried people are going to suffer burst pipes due to the situation in Texas, but I'm not making them burst. I no more made this political with that statement than I made anyone's pipes burst.

Never listened to Rush, but the headline catches my attention because that is the same age as my parents, 70. Nothing preventing Rush's diagnosis from happening to them. RIP

I'll do me. I'm always open to any criticism but this is wholly unwarranted and ridiculous. I was lamenting how people make things political and I get charged with what I state I don't like or want. Bizarre.

I am guessing that Subsonic is commenting on your behavior in general on this forum. You have admitted many times to being an obsessive poster on COVID/vaccine. Many find it annoying (sparring with Sneakylong). You have admitted that you come off as a "douche" (your words), and personally I get the impression that you really like to argue/debate topics which can lead to stirring the pot just to get a debate going. In many of your other topics you add value and stimulate conversation, especially the golf-related topics. You seem like a different guy there.
