My kids are fired up for the forecast on the 15th. I'm not as fired up about 8* as the low. My wife will still see 1-3 inches regardless of what happens outside.
For those who don't know, when you live in this part of Texas and the temp drops below 32, you're advised to "drip your faucets" so your pipes don't burst. Houses 'round here not built to withstand the cold...or the heat, really. What are they doing! 😂 Anyway, going to have to leave the faucets on for the better part of 8 days, day and night. My next water bill should be fun. I have my outside faucets wrapped up in hoodies. '
