Toulon Help me out here. I will confess, up front, to not being the brightest student in school, esp. in math, which I thought I was very good at now. Maybe some type of calc or something I never studied is needed. Also, always thought it was....if you use it, you pay for it, yet, no one was able to use it. Any bills would be for before the crash.
But, just how the hell would you be billed for something 85 times the norm, if you didn't use it?
What will they do if no one pays the bills....shut if off? Then what? Texans have shown they can go for days without.
If any one resident down there pays even their normal bill, they are off their rocker. Hell, I'd move out of state before I'd pay even a penny of it.(and yes, I would do just that, it's me. 😉)
