I injured my left hip almost 6 weeks ago and couldn't play.. I've also been up to Chicago a couple of times to see my 90 year old mother who is not doing well. Add in a very rainy April and so I finally played nd in a while.
It was a beautiful day, but my round started out like a person who hasn't played and was concerned about his hip. After the first three holes the rest of my round averaged bogey golf, which is fine with me, for a 95. The highlight was that I played all 18 with the same ball.
The course wasn't in great shape. With all the rain we've had and a course that doesn't drain all that well. some of the fairways hadn'r been cut in a while. The tee boxes and greens were in pretty good shape. It was COP and we got around in under 4 hours.
