40 & 38 today! 1 birdie, 10 pars, 7 bogeys. Most consistent I've played all year. Made a few putts I shouldn't have on 17 and 18. Played with the Adams 9088UL/FGS+, The Perfect Club 21 & 24, PING Eye 2+ 7- LW, PING CHIP-O, Odyssey VLine. The planets are aligned for one day. It was sunny, 47 degrees and 25-30 mph gusts, steady 15 - 20mph. The 3 of us were alone on the course. 2hrs, 48 minutes around.😁

I would have been tempted had I been in the situation, but we have a lot of elevated greens.
It would have been perfect on #7, but I was 140 out due to the wind. 👍. I had a number of easy 1-putt pars because of that CHIP-O getting me close.

Shot 99 in the league with an impressive variety of shots. Blocks, pull hooks, tops, fats, thins, chunks, and a shank. Nice day to be outside, but not much fun.

Shot 85 yesterday. Felt horrible since I couldn't get off the tee (too short to hit OB), but irons and chipping were less rusty. It was a cold windy day so all the few brave (stupid) souls out playing struggled and I managed to cash again.

Aeration this week. Closed today and tomorrow. Playing at noon Wednesday and Thursday.

85 in a strong wind and freshly aerated greens. SWMBO tagged along. She played pretty well!

Shot 89 in the senior league, low enough to sneak into the money in my flight. Also won an $80 skin on the one birdie of the day. It was by far the best ball striking round in several weeks, but three green side bunker shots that failed to get out of the bunker and a couple of bad 3-putts kept the score from being better. I'll take it after last week's buffoonery, though.
