KCee I think it's good, but I don't get why so many love it?
I like that they teach their employees how to respond to their customers....Whenever I say "Thank you," even the
teenaged kids working there respond with "It's my pleasure to serve you!"
Then too, a few years ago, while traveling to Florida, my wife left her keys in a Chick-Filet in Tennessee.
She had a AAA membership fob on the key ring. The manager of the restaurant called AAA, got her name
and cell phone number, called my wife (who hadn't even realized she had lost her keys!), asked how / where
we wanted the keys sent, then Fed-Ex'd them to us where we were staying in Florida!
I just think it's a really well run business with good products too!
