johnnydoom Haven't ever had fried eel. But do like sushi made with eel very much and assume I would probably love eel any way it could be prepared.
I'm sure you would. Back in the 70's before anyone ever heard of sushi, once in awhile in the winter we'd get a rare southwest storm in Harwich on the Cape.
Never amounted to much, but on one of the beaches bay scallops would wash ashore.
We'd go down to the beach and it would be just us and the seagulls indulging.
We'd bring them back to the sports shop and open them up and put them in little like tupperware containers. But many found their way into our mouths. They were delicious raw.
