Absolutely horrible 45 on the back 9 last night. 3 doubles to start before I settled down a bit, but I also made bogeys after perfect drives.
Realized I am reverting back to focusing on the flagstick when I chip or pitch rather than my landing spot. Its hard to get up and down when you're flying the ball pin high and ending up well above the hole.
The only hole I played really well was #14. Long par 4 with OB left and right into what must have been at least 25mph wind. Hit a low bullet drive center cut; hit low bullet hybrid just short of green; pitched it below the hole this time and made the putt.
