This afternoon I played at a course that most of the locals call Muni.

I showed up really early, paid for a round, and went to chip and putt. I got a drink from the restaurant there and sat down for 5 minutes and they start calling my name over the loud speaker. Turns out that paired me with another single and I was teeing off in 5. The single plays there semi regularly so he knew the course. That started off a slow round for me. The pair of us were waiting on every tee box and quite a few approach shot due to the 2 groups ahead of us. I had a few good drives, some nice approach shots, and for the most part I did keep it to double bogeys for most of the front 9 My worst hole was a triple, on the #1 hole according to the stroke index. The back 9 I was able to settle down and keep it to mostly single bogeys. Granted, I did get 1 triple and a 9 on a par 4 due to 2 lost balls.
I also took a single mulligan because I just couldn't handle a drive on the 14th hole that didn't make it past the forward most tee. My 2nd drive sure did.
So if we keep the mulligan I shot a 51-48-99...
If we don't keep the mulligan I shot a 50-51-101...
I kinda want to keep the mulligan, I did make the card that I took the mulligan. š¤£
I did have a look at birdie on 18, I just missed the putt by a ball width, and got a bogeyš.
I had fun, and I will be back, I didn't take any pics as there wasn't anything really spectacular in my opinion. The course was in really nice shape, and the greens were fantastic.
Quick edit, I played from the blues at 6022 . Rating/ slope 69.4/123 par is 72.
