TheBlade Three months from now we'll all be trying to navigate through the 90 degree heat.
3 days ago we were battling thru high teens (Celsius) ... today was 10 degrees lower. With a wind chill. And snow flurries, one bad enough to cause us to skip #12 and #13, and consider skipping 17 & 18, to outrun it ... didn't work, it caught us for a couple of holes although it eased enough so we played to the last.
After getting dragged from 4 up to 1 down (my putting was shocking ...), we rallied to win #16 and #17, and halved the last for a 1 up win.
Looking forward to tomorrrow's game, weather forecast looks a bit brighter. Not much warmer but snow not expected (will probably turn up uninvited just to annoy me ...).
PS Just missed out on meeting with Ewen Ferguson who won the DP World Tour event in Qatar last week. He popped in with a souvenir for our club pro, who coached him in the past. Nice touch from him.
