Got a couple rounds in this weekend, with Jake. He got me both rounds, 78-75, 78-77. No big booming drives to be had in this wind and colder air, but still around 300 for some, a couple over. The 228yd. 7i was the most interesting shot I saw, both days in fact😏. Nice temps, but the wind was kicking up 15-20, so it made it fairly cool, esp. when hurrying to finish today before it got too dark, on a very slow day.
Last round for us together this season, but it was not without "events".......shaft came loose on his putter, and he actually blew apart a ball(well, actually split it), 1st hit, brand new.
