I’m back on the "“finding iron heads" thing again. I’ve had 4 people back out of the px6.0 shafts I’m selling because it’s 2 weeks AND they want me to pay the $20+ for shipping. At that price, I’d break even if I kept them, used 2 shafts in wedges and threw the rest in the trash. So it looks like I’m keeping them.

They are .370 and finding OEM heads with that are rarer than Hen's teeth. I’m thinking of buying that hand reaming tool and then looking on YouTube for directions. So my quest for a set of inexpensive .335 heads oem heads begins. I saw a set of TM MB with the screw in the back for $150.... thinking about it but the face PW is rusted and worn.

How tough is it to team heads with that tool? I’ve never done it before obviously.

Trust me, it won't be 2 weeks. My packages are all saying 4-5 days, but arrive in 2-3, like they should. Besides, if you want to sell them, sell them, ship them. Slow delivery is not on you. Just tell them you are shipping Priority and let it go at that. I don't think anyone in the U.S. doesn't know shipping is sometimes slow now.

There was a fella on FB today looking for those shafts, btw.

Check YouTube. I've seen videos of guys making it look ez. I've done it by clamping the reamer in a vise and turning the head. Did a set in 1/2 hour.

Not hard at all. I've done it many times. Just make sure you use cutting oil.

I have a set (3-pw) of Titleist DCI 990's that I've been wanting to pull the shafts out of. If you want them you can have them.

Ping, Mizuno, Bettinardi, Cleveland are a few that are .355 taper tip.

Almost all the Callaway heads are .370 unless it's forged. Same with TaylorMade. Used clubs are sky-high right now though.

I have some X Hot Pro iron heads that are .370. They have a small BBGM though so most shafts finish about 1/2" short in overall length in them. Think I still have some Snake Eyes forged heads laying around too which are .370. Also have a set of Ping i20 heads if you want .355 hosel. I'd have to look around and see what else, but there is a lot lol.

Cool guys! Thank you. I’m bored today so I might take a ride to Play it Again Sports. We have one that’s decent. I’ll tell them I know Uncle Steve. I bought a set of TM MC's a few years back dirt cheap and foolishly passed on a set of Nike Vapor fly irons a few years ago too that were cheap. Hopefully the bins not full of warrior crap.

Ping Anser putters are always worth a look there because people clean out their basements and turn them in there. They always have old ones, one year I picked up an old Dale head for $20 and sold it for $175.
