Im not sure one can truly call Jeep an American car at this point. It’s really a fiat now.
That stated, I’ve owned Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Dodge, Ford, Chevrolet, Jeep and even a Suzuki a very long time ago so I am not brand loyal at all.
Cadillac would not normally have been on my radar but a family friend works at a local dealership. As a result, my pops has one and likes it allot. His only regret is not getting the AWD. As a result, it’s on the short list and they are reasonably priced for what you are getting.
My vehicle stays outside so remote start is a must as is AWD / 4WD. I use to fight long winter trips to work in rear wheel and front wheel drive cars. I’ve never not made it to/from but once I got the Cherokee 4WD, no way I’m going back. Just too good.
As noted previously, my wife has a ‘19 Grand Cherokee 4WD and I know I like it so it’s on the short list.
