JeffTilley DonM Take a gander at any Tour Edge iron wood like the HL2, HL3, and HL4. A few years ago I hit the HL2’s and was blown away by how easy those things launched.
rsvman2 They look like a blatant rip-off of some model of Cleveland iron, don't they? I can't remembrer the exact model right now but they look almost identical.
DonM My new “swing easy” plan is working well for my aches and pains. These irons would fit right into the plan. I know there are Hireko heads like this too, but I don’t have any recent experience with them. The Avatar irons of 10+ years ago were not very inspiring.
sdandrea1 I have these and they fit my geezer swing very well. I have a set of the V3 by Adams as well. Cobra's new TRail hybrid irons are similar, and of course, Cleveland.
Par4QC Here ya go. Full set and cheap as snot. https://www.golfetail.com/orlimar-stratos-transitional-hybrid-combo-iron-set-4-pw/
DonM JeffTilley I had the Bazooka something which was an earlier version. I know this is a Golfwrx thing to say, but they just wanted to go left.
Rickochet Par4QC Then there are these I just saw on FB.....coming in the Spring. I like the design. Less painted head to get dinged in the bag. Trying to keep a full set of hybrids covered with individual head covers is a royal PITA.
Subsonic I am going to design a set of irons that take it to the next level. They actually hit themselves.
