$15-$20 for a reshaft, add $5-$10 if you have to drill out/remove a snapped off shaft
$2-$3 to cut off old and install a new grip, $5 for a putter grip
if using a compressor then that saves time.
don't ever offer to save a grip without using compressor, just cut that bitch off rather than fart with the grip removal tool..... some cheap folks want to save that used grip with a season left on it 😉
those are the basic jobs that will take amount for 80% of your work
if you start bending lifts and lies $5 per club
if you start assembling sets then it depends on how involved you get ( SW matched, MOI matched etc)
One thing I always do is wash the clubs that come in before the go back out. I will often touch up chips and use scratch X to remove marks then coat the paint with liquid glass or wax....little extras can ,make a difference
