pellmell LBlack14 What causes that?? The problem is early extension, which causes the hips to move toward the ball and head to rise. It's common with amateurs, teaching professionals, and a surprising number of players on the LPGA.
sdandrea1 JoeHatesSnow Yeah, I get it. I get something different every week.... Fixed it to apply to me....
sdandrea1 toraider Buzzards be like...I had some Ping Eye 2s, DTG RBZ replicas, SE 600XCs, Wishon 752TCs and now have the 03 TF Tours. Each set was $12 shipped. It’s a hard knock life of a GB/FGI club ho... My man!
sdandrea1 LBlack14 Naaah, he's only a tightass with his personal toy $ account. He's a big spender on family $stuff that SWMBO manages. Fixed it. 😁
kelco9 LBlack14 Funny. You start you post by "demanding" more pics, and then do a post without any pics. Hmm.
LBlack14 kelco9 Funny. You start you post by "demanding" more pics, and then do a post without any pics. Hmm. I beg to differ. I tried to post in the appropriate thread and you all know I'm not the greatest at that. Scavenger hunt. 😀
DonM I'm at the point where the only irons I'm seriously considering are the TS1 or 2, and the new STi2. I guess I had better get back to trying out my TS2 6 iron.
Mattyv DonM There is a giy on OfferUp in the Phoenix area that has a set of TS-1 irons for sale. He is asking $480 but depending on your negotiating skills you can probably get them for less.
DonM Mattyv Thanks. hmmm, that seems expensive depending on the shafts. I wonder if GW is still offering the $399 sets. edit: doesn't look like it right now.
Par4QC DonM They have the TS-2, listed under "deals". https://www.golfworks.com/matlby-ts-series-assembled-sets/p/matsas/
Mattyv DonM Like I said, depending on your skills you might be able to get them for less. I did the $399 deal and after shipping I think I paid about $430. The KBS 105 shafts are very nice if you can handle steel shafts.
KCee Par4QC I don't know anything about the KBS 105, but that's quite the deal considering it's a $50 head and $30 shaft.
wishbone I have a set of the TS-1's with the MPF Pro shafts in A flex I was going to change the shafts this winter (failed experiment in lightweight shafts) I would be willing to move. 4-GW, maybe half a dozen rounds on them
wishbone toraider The $12 offer would come no matter what...lol. Trades are acceptable too, but I can't stand shovels and can't hit blades anymore...lol
sdandrea1 toraider Might want to put a $ on that before you get hit with the $12 offer. Those heads are too pretty to insult with a $12 offer.
azgreg wishbone but I can't stand shovels and can't hit blades anymore...lol That narrows it down a tad.
Par4QC KCee According to my education, heads alone cost about the same as the total built clubs. No brainer, for those wanting the heads. Don't like the shafts?.... pull and sell; I've given it some thoughts.
KCee Par4QC I've thought about it as well. Was thinking of building a set although maybe only 6-PW and I have some shafts and grips so I would be spending less....but not much less.
