Here's my dilemma: foie gras, truffle-butter stuffed Kobe beef burgers over a hot hickory wood fired grill, medium rare, smoke gouda, dill pickles, vidalia onion.
The internets simply is not clear on the proper mustard for this? This is very disturbing, I might add.
