LBlack14 his is why I've never wanted to be an asst. or a super. It doesn't have to be that way. The job is, or can be, what you make it, if you have good folks that work with/for you. My super's right out there with us....or was. Now he's on the DL. Tore his knee up fucking around in sand traps after a big rain, a couple weeks ago. Sound familiar?? 10 days left and counting down.
High dollar course, they want everything to be perfect. Son has the education and experience to make it that way and takes great pride in what he does.
