Rickochet You are not right. Did you get scared by a pig as a child?

Bacon's overrated. I like it mixed in an omelet or salad or something but I don't really like just eating bacon strips.

meagain I don't usually agree with you, but yes clearly garyt1957 has issues with his taste buds. I have met 2 people that don't care for chocolate so maybe you can form a support group.

My wife is the only person I know that doesn't like the smell or taste of bacon. There is a very small percentage of the population that has f'ed up olfactory senses and the smell of bacon smells bad to them. Since she does not like bacon that means we don't cook bacon at our house very often. I sometimes wonder how I married this person.🤣 I just get bacon any chance I have when we eat out and sometimes make it for me and the kids when she is not home.

Our local butcher shop has the best bacon ever. Raises his own pigs, cows, etc. He wins all kinds of awards with it.

When I'm craving bacon in the middle of the afternoon, I pull out one of my bacon flavored toothpicks and place it between my lips...

You can get pre-cooked bacon that isn't too bad. You just nuke it for about 20 secs. to heat and you are good to go. I like the Hormel brand and one package will make two good BLT sammichs.

You can add my wife to the list. I don't think she's as bad as your wife though because she will cook it in the house once in a blue moon but immediately after that she's got candles going to mask the smell. She will also eat maybe one piece with eggs if I whine long enough that I want bacon and eggs. she usually heads right to the bathroom to brush her teeth if she eats any bacon at all.
