Rickochet Yes, believe all Kalitta, mostly stubby 747. Not sure how busy they are, perhaps more so the last couple of years. The runway is short--for B52s, maybe not 747s except when it snows. With Lake Huron so close, you can have a tailwind on both ends and the crosswinds were strong--most I saw in he B52 on a consistent basis.
The B52 rotates the gear to line up with the runway on cross, too many times I have landed looking out the side window with limited vis.
