Cobra Bio Cell vs. F6 Driver?

I have a Cobra Bio Cell driver that I hit pretty well. I have the opportunity to buy a Cobra F6 really cheap and was wondering if I would gain anything by switching to the F6 (distance and forgiveness)?

Like to hear from guys who have hit both. Thanks in advance.

gllama I have a F6+. I like it. The complaint I always read about was the sound. I added some hot melt because I I play a short driver, so for me the old school solid feel was perfect.

Bio Cell = Deeper face
F6 more of a pancake design, shallow face.
I still have my f6 and will likely never get rid of it. It's really forgiving. I did not much care for the footprint of the f6, in fact I thought I'd love the bio cell, fly Z much more as they are deeper face which is the look I prefer at address. But the f6 kicked both there ass in forgiveness and performance. Feel is pretty crisp with the f6....not bad but not good either. Played some of the best golf ever with that head. And I like the dual weight ports....easily customized for low or high weight.

I played the F9 for 2 rounds - best feeling and sounding driver I have tried. But, due to hits smaller face/hitting area, I had no confidence in it and I was also able to flip the shaft and the head separately and make $100 so it was an easy decision to sell, but the feel and sound were great, especially if you like that old school feel

Typhoon I get along with it just fine, no problems at all. But, I've got 2 monster drivers now with it and the F9, so 1 has to go. Obviously, it would be the one that fetches the better resale price. 9*, and I've even got a .350 adapter for it, along with .335(2). 😁

Yeah, I kill the 2 G400max drivers I have. One will end up in the rockstars bag and I’ll dump his 455.

Like you, I have the 2017 M1 9.5 head and adapters gathering dust and has to go.

I’ve just never been a Cobra driver guy... love the way they look but never did anything for me... outside. Indoors the F9 was a beast, outside not so much. Buddy had the F6 I think and it was a decent club.

Like you Rex, I have to decide what to sell. I like most of what I have, I want to add and inch and a half to the Express instead of selling it. The M1 head I’ll get rid of for sure, a few tipped driver shafts that’s make good FW shafts and that M1 head. The HZRDUS yellow handcrafted for sure... hoping to parlay that into another Paderson.
