Well here's the tracking on the DCT head I bought. SC to FL (Jacksonville) and now back to SC. WTF? I was expecting it yesterday and now I have no idea....
USPS sucks
Reminds me of when I sent a package to Indi.....forgot to take the previous label off of a package that was sent to me.....made it half way there and doubled back ..... Made me 
long and hard about keeping copies of past labels 
Got a shipment problem I've never had before. It was shipped from Amazon through usps as the carrier. Amazon says it is in transit from San Bernadino , Ca and usps says it is in transit from West Jefferson, Oh.
Same usps tracking number. Wtf...

It's almost certainly the result of some dbag criminal doing exactly what the person above you says is a good idea.

So you're saying that Amazon is using a used label. How stupid a reasoning is that.
a 3rd party seller on Amazon? sure could be.
Or could be anyone else in the country.
All a scumbag has to do is reprint their label and put it on a new package.
Tracking #s via USPS regenerate frequently because there aren't enough of them.

Tracking system goes haywire. Amazon tells you the truth. USPS tells you the truth (as their system sees the most recent incidence/scan of the package #)

USPS probably figured you’d sell it before you opened it so they saved you the trouble and sent it back to SC FOR you

USPS now has a new service....Ground Advantage, along with their Priority Mail option. It is cheaper, much cheaper to some places, than Priority. And, in checking the 14 boxes (under 30" of course) I shipped Thurs./Fri., I'm finding all delivered Sat. or out for delivery today!!
To FL, NY, CA, WA, etc..
I did not check with Pirate Ship, but don't think they can beat the prices on ShipStation, as low as they were.
In almost all cases, pricing was $1-2 lower than Priority.
Shipping to PA...... really ?
