mulegolf midwest (Indiana) where the weather wasn't as bad...

They got up to 12" in some places. Esp. southern part.

I have 2 tracking numbers that I have been watching. One I shipped out, the other is coming to me. They currently both say about the same thing, just different date.

In Transit, Arriving Late
Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility."
Truck get stuck in the snow someplace??

My Caiman irons finally arrived today via UPS ShartPost. They took quite a while to get to FL via UPS, then yesterday's tracking showed them handed over to USPS and added a USPS tracking # which showed as "delivered". FALSE! They weren't here yesterday. They were delivered today via UPS. Not sure how they got back to UPS from USPS.

I just ordered a set of the Power Play copper's. I'm thinking if I swap the shafts for stiff flex, my son can hit them.
He's had his so long that the grooves are disappearing.

How about this one.. I took a prepaid package to the Post Office last Thursday and the tracking tonight says that I have created a label and USPS is awaiting the item. How happy do you think the person is on the other end with me!!
It looks like I took his money and I have done nothing which I do not blame him for thinking.

Walterjn Got a box coming in from RBG, in VA. Shipped yesterday, Smartpost, which is unbelievable coming from them, for clubs. It left VA last night at 9:54 p.m.. Today, at 9:54 a.m., it was at the hub that serves this area near Chicago. Normally, it would come down here about 1 a.m. tonight, and be delivered tomorrow, just 2 days.
Can't wait to see how long it sits up there.

I told the driver I was first sending him on a mission to find the shafts and after he points that package in the right direction he will call me and then and only then will I let him head in your direction!!

Par4QC up until a few years ago, UPS, and FedEx never had a problem delivering anything, now it seems that they have to run it all through the USPS...
Seeing as how UPS doesn't accept p.o.box addresses i just wish that they would bother to make it known that they would be shipping sure post. Had to put a mailbox at the house just so I can get packages via UPS sure post and the like.

sdandrea1 That right there is a truer name than 'smartpost'!

Smartpost is the actual name. I call it "Shartpost." The latest mail wonder is UPS Mail Essentials which is another UPS/USPS adventure. I ordered an item on Ebay 12 days ago. It was shipped Mail Essetials. UPS tracking shows it finally being handed off to the USPS 2 miles from my house 4 days ago. USPS tracking shows it in Smyrna, Tn. Finally it is out for delivery today. So, it sat in Smyrna or at my PO for 4 days. How nice.

My box was sent "Surepost", gudgawd. Sure, it went VA to IL in 12 hours flat. Sure, it made it to my local hub early today. Sure, it's still sitting there. Sure, it will be delivered. Surely....sometime in the future. Fucktard shipping, that's what it should be called.....surely.

Par4QC Fucktard shipping, that's what it should be called.....surely.

Or "shit post" I would accept that name.

Surepost is the equivalent to the Fedex Shartpost. I once got notice of a Surepost shipment by UPS. It got to the UPS terminal 25 miles from my house on a Thurs.. I got an email from UPS offering to deliver it to me on Friday for an additional charge of $2.50 which I declined because it pissed me off. They delivered it to my USPS 2 miles from house on Friday and I will bet the UPS truck was in my neighborhood that day. It didn't get delivered by USPS until Tues.. I avoid Surepost and Shartpost if at all possible.

Rickochet I avoid Surepost and Shartpost if at all possible.

I do also. But, it was 'free' shipping and only stated 'economy'. Never had them do that before, everything always comes UPS, in just 2 days, with the free shipping.

Nick was lucky to get his pick guard the other day. The USPS priority box had a shipping label with our address on one side of the box and on the other side of the box another shipping label with someone else’s address!

Nick looked up the tracking number for the other address yesterday and it said "β€œin route"πŸ™„

He messaged the seller to let him know about it.

I have noticed that maybe, the P.O. takes complaints seriously, in some areas. I filed 5 complaints, so far, the past couple days. Suddenly, 3 of those 5 boxes are out for delivery today, and the other 2 are in their areas. Now, I only have 8 more complaints to make today. It's out of hand, the delays. Maybe they did have some problems with weather in the South last week, but I don't recall any from here to ND, or CA. It's bullshit. They shut the whole system down for a week, and now won't work extra to catch up. Lazy bastages. And, ignorant. But not a damn thing anyone is going to do about it, so they will continue to do as they please. Hoping they do go completely under before too long. Trump was right. More than right.

Par4QC it is BS. I keep checking on the tracking number that is heading to you, and it just says that it is on its way to the next facility. I'm really not impressed, especially as how it was supposed to be delivered a week ago.
Heading over to the P.O. now to see what they can tell me.

Walterjn yeah, 1 of the complaints I filed was with the shaft. Of course, it being CA, I've heard nothing from them, but the other 4 have moved on. Just filed another complaint locally. More to do.
