Subsonic and I walked The Schoolhouse 9 this morning......got around twice in a few hours. 9 hole, par 27 track set in view of the Shenandoah Mountains, in the front yard of the old Sperryville schoolhouse. $15 gets you all day play, no carts, no noise, no playawannabees, no egos, no waiting, no tee times, no rangers, beautiful greens, beautiful backdrop, and bare bones golf. Perfect for selling the game, enjoying the game at a casual, affordable level, and just getting out for a nice walk and hitting some shots. Every county should have one. This place is a gem!
Subsonic had his Jones Original with a sweet set of PING ISI Nickels, I had my Titleist Sunday bag with my Pursuit blades, an original Cally Heavenwood, and a Wishon 6h. Holes range from about 80 yards to maybe 170 ish.
