sdandrea1 govols Now I go and order a Cobra Speedzone Xtreme driver. There's probably not a nickel's worth of difference. And I just had knee surgery. I won't swing it for weeks. I'm an idiot. That is all. You are my fucking hero. Advanced world level ho status. 🤣 up there with @Par4QC and "others".
LBlack14 I have the AMP Cell (NIW), AMP Cell Pro (new, unit, either a prototype or tour cage head), FZ, FZ+, LTD and F8 (NIW) and owned a bunch of others. The only one I really didn't care for is the BioCell.
colej sdandrea1 I did too but I tried the F9 and it wasn’t for me. That’s the first cobra driver I didn’t like.
Typhoon I got great numbers inside on the F9. If golf were played inside, I’d be a hero with that thing. i got outside and it was just awful. Not one good thing to say other than it looked nice at address.
Typhoon colej it was a hook machine for me. Stock setup felt very light as well The whole club weight just doesn’t feel right.
Par4QC Typhoon Not sure what that Speedzone head weighs, but my Speedback is 206 gr. with adapter. That is freakin' heavy. Had a 67 gr. V2 shaft in it, but now has a 55 gr. in. Doesn't really feel head heavy though. Both grips @ 51 gr..
Typhoon Par4QC You’re right Rex. It was the F9 and it came with the stock weights. My pro at indoor golf has one and I picked one up for a friend of mine who is a Cobra fan. It’s like the balance is wrong, or there is nothing to the head. I don’t know the exact weight but the ones I’ve hit feel odd. I got great numbers indoors, enough to make it the #1 driver in my review that year that I did over the winter indoors.
