Prolly posted it a few times on fgi, but not yet on buzz- David Gilmour, one of my favs on guitar, could listen to him all night long. Enjoy-

First video from Nicks newly formed band. He and Charlie who is singing was in the Dee Snider band with Nick. Nick and Charlie did all the writing. Cool to watch the fingers, drummer as well. Not gonna be what most here listen to.. and not for the Noah Kahn types 🙄

I've liked America since before they had a hit. I was in a small bar in Sioux Falls, SD one night and this group was on stage playing. I didn't know them or even who they were but I liked them. Turns out it was America and this was about 2-3 weeks before Horse With No Name came out. They introduced it by saying that it was a brand new song they hadn't played
anywhere else up to that time.

I've been in a mellow mood lately. I've been listening to a lot of Riley Green and Ella Langley duets. I think they're both very good but I think there even better when they sing together in harmony. I've been listening to songs like this:

The only live concert that I ever attended was on November 23, 1990, at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto, Ont.
It was Heart's Brigade Tour with Cheap Trick as the opener.
I had hoped for more of Heart's classic songs, but at least they ended with a flurry.
Nancy Wilson playing acoustic guitar live was incredible (Crazy on You)
I actually liked Cheap Trick better. They were spot on that night.

Mostly my classic country, although I have been wanting to hear a song by the group Midland, so I'll probably just fire up YouTube and listen to it there and not on Pandora.

Typhoon hadn't heard of them until you mentioned them. I just listened to broken windows serenade and liked that one, so I'll have to listen to the rest of what they have.
I still prefer Don Williams, Roger Miller, and the rest of those old boys.

Typhoon so far, im not unhappy with the stuff I've heard. Of the new artists that i can deal with because of their sound, im really enjoying Midland, and quite a bit of Cody Jinks stuff.
