Started off going to a different course that 'we' ( they golf course I volunteer at) are consulting/ assisting. I went to help get fairway mower reels adjusted. I do the heavy lifting and the old guy does the fine work and shows me how to do the job.
Reels are dull as shit, he made a couple calls, we learned that those reels are supposed to be fairly new or fresh ground. If that's the case those reels are crap quality.
I got a call about a fire nearby the barn, so I had to run away from helping. As it turned out, I wasn't needed for heavy lifting at all, that course has a lift to raise the mowers.
I went to the barn, and puttered around for a couple hours, then just hung out until 6pm. At that point I headed home, because that's when the wind was forecast to stop.
