Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

All of those stinging bastages are nasty, even sweat bees and honey bees. I have also had the displeasure of being stung by bumble bees and hornets. When I lived in west Texas I was once bent over with a loose fitting shirt and a hornet flew up my shirt and stung me right in the middle of the chest. That sucker swelled up and it looked like a had huge tit right in the middle of my chest. 😵

Fan motor went on our AC. The local supply dealer doesn’t have one. They can get one from Daytona and it’ll be here Monday afternoon.

84 in the house right now. 88 outside and humid. Tomorrow and Saturday are going to be in the high 80’s. Sunday and Monday 80 and 81 (not bad).

Cats don’t seem to mind. But I’m sweating like a racehorse. 🥵 Can’t imagine people living in Florida before AC.

Sneakylong Sorry to hear that. I don't know if you were a fan of the old show Married With Children, but there was a great episode where their power went out during a heat wave and they moved into a supermarket.

We’re currently at 85 now in the house. Can’t feel too bad though. Too many lost their lives in the hurricane. Minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things.

HaHaHa….. we probably have 50+ various trees and over the years have blown out 3 Stihl leaf blowers - the leaf season is coming soon. 🤬

Yeah, that’s what everyone has. If it were just the capacitor I could take a stick and spin the fan and jump start it. But when the fan motor goes the compressor comes on, but no cooling can happen.

I can run the blower in the air handler. But that just circulates hot air. It’s 78 outside right now. We have the front door open and back slider open to get a little cross ventilation.

I appreciate you asking, I'm fine. Never had any heart issues, it was those damn arteries. The cardiologist I was seeing quit me and moved to California. Before she left, she took me off Afib meds, in August. This monitor is just to see if there's anything going on. They said it happened 1 time, while I was in the hospital. Have to wear it for 2 weeks, then I get to meet a new cardiologist and discuss it. Routine, I reckon or just an insurance milking.

A bee, honey or bumble, can only sting once. A wasp (yellow jacket, hornet included) are all members of the wasp family. They can sting you as many times as they like. Bastards!!
