Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Bravopilot Perhaps a stent is in order?

That was my 1st question. Doc says he wants to treat it with Zetia. Apparently this drug, when combined with statins, is effective at actually removing plaque.

LBlack14 I don't see how you can love ranch dressing and hate Miracle Whip.

I don't like either. I do eat ranch dressing on salad if it is mixed with salsa that makes if more of a tangy southwest salad dressing.

KCee just saw this, so sorry to hear. My Dad just fell and broke his hip. I'm currently just about living in the hospital. Not looking too good.

Drove 2 hours to Boston, helped my oldest move from Arlington to Revere. Took 2 trips. 2.5 hours to get home. 14 hour day. Enjoying bourbon and a gummy now.

KCee ugh, Long Ride! I spent the last 2 days driving a lot as well. Went to RPMfest out in Western Mass, almost 2 hours away. Sucky part is it’s Route 2 which has no lights, no civilization and it’s 2 lanes doing 60 with no center barrier.

Last night we were up in Gilford NH for the Bret Michaels show with Dee as the guest. He had us come up for the show. Backstage there is like a city for God Sakes. Got to see the show from the stage

I saw the ads for the Brett Michaels Dee Snider tour. Is Nick playing with them or just with Dee?

sdandrea1 Nick only plays with Dee. Like he said to Nick, this is ____. He sings 3 songs, 2 Twisted and Highway to Hell. Uses Bret’s band because it’s Bret’s show and the songs are easy

Went out to practice at my usual course. I usually start in the short game area at 50 yards, move in to 40, 30, and so on, then hit some chips from around the perimeter of the green. At the 40 yards it became obvious that when the balls landed they were kicking up sand.....yep....they had plugged and sanded the greens. Seemed a bit early , but oh well.....that made practice putting worthless as well. So, I hit my bucket and came home. Guess I'll make a tee time at some OTHER course for this week!

The guy in the pro shop explained to me that they figured that they would get it out of the way now, so the greens will be back to normal about the time other courses start doing theirs. Seems like they'll be missing out on some business this weekend and next when the weather is supposed to be just about perfect!!! I've noticed that around here, once the college football and the NFL seasons get into high gear, golf courses are pretty dead Saturdays and Sundays......

I got home just over an hour ago. I spent the weekend down in Sherman Oaks with one of my brothers, his wife, two kids, and three dogs. Two of those dogs like me, the other one is standoffish. After treats, she was a little better as long as I was sitting on the ground.
This is Sansa, she's the brindle on my lap, she has known me for years, her and I get along very well. The one standing is Luna, she has been with them for a year or so. This weekend was the 1st time I got to meet her.

This one is the new pup, Skya, she was really standoffish with me most of the weekend.

She still wasn't sure about me, even after all the treats I gave her.

Typhoon she has been standoffish with almost everyone. She is really attached to my SIL who is the reason they are fostering her. She helps out at a dog rescue place. Pretty sure that is where Luna came from. She was abandoned at a truckstop somewhere.

Hung a chandelier, installed a dimmer, and a Honeywell WiFi thermostat. Projects went easily for a change.
