Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

We always have too much withheld on purpose. So we get a nice refund. 💰 With the last 20 plus years at near zero interest rates it made sense for us. We have a separate account for it. We pay our real estate taxes with it and do other projects with the money.

I have maximum taken out of my pension and social security. My wife has maximum taken out of her social security as well as her paycheck. We don’t miss the money during the year and it’s always a nice bonus to get every year.

Par4QC Normally I do the same. My military retirement is little tricky based on how hard they make it to adjust, but not too bad. I made an error when I did not execute my plan during the process of buying my house in NM. Essentially paying now vs later on the money. I do not want/trust the govt to have my money to just give it back to me interest free.

Take SWMBO to Orlando airport. She's covering the pre-dry wall walk through and picking the dye lot for the countertops and attending two grandson's confirmations.

I'm staying here with Sophie. I've got Habitat coming to pick up all the shit that didn't sell (nice high-end furniture for cheap), baby sitting the bug/pest guy, the new windshield install and a mediation prep meeting.

They're quartz. She gets to pick out the slabs they'll use to make ours. Not sure why they call it a "dye lot".

Bravopilot It is absorbent, must be sealed properly; it stains and absorbs food 'juices', and raw chicken juice is a no-no, for healthy living. And has to be resealed occasionally. Quartz does not.
We replaced all granite in the hotels with quartz. Actually, man-made quartz. Lighter and cannot tell the diff once installed.

Had to work at the course. Also trying to diagnose why my beastie is running poorly.
She has been running rough/ shaking like a cat shitting glass since Sunday night. High fuel rail pressure at idle, when cold.
This morning she was running smoothly, just high rail pressure. By high rail pressure, I mean 10-15k psi instead of 5k. Tomorrow morning I'll be putting a new fuel control actuator in and see how she runs when 1st started. Praying that this fixes the issue.
