Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Thanks Rick. I'm still in disbelief that a builder quotes 8 months from contract to closing, with 2+ months spent on engineering and permits. We'll see. No SIM plans 😉

Just hope the contractor never pisses an inspector off. They can be much like Congress when that happens.

Worked 2 hours at the day job and then went down to the pro shop and washed 40 carts. We might open 9 holes this coming weekend

VigilanteTrail Dodged the bullet, no touchdowns reported. It's tough watching the radar and seeing these things passing over everything. And then noticing it passing over 3 or 4 of the golf courses we play😲.

Warnings are still on, but moving NE from me.

I ordered some metal polish from Meguire's last Thursday, it showed up today. Soo, I decided to give it a test run and see if it'll hold up like the 1st polish I liked that they discontinued.
I only did a little bit on the fuel tank so I can keep an eye on it, and it doesn't look too odd.
It has been way too long since my beastie has been polished and shined up like a diamond.
I might be ordering more of this stuff in a month or so...

Was hoping for a week of just doing my own stuff 🙄. Nope, Nick got his car home from the mechanic but it’s still not running right, stalled in the driveway once. So now I have to take the wife to work and pick her up. Puts me off schedule for my stores so I won’t make it to the gym. Told Nick we’d take his car back to the mechanic this afternoon so he can take the wife’s truck to work… while it’s daylight and dry incase it dies and we need a tow. Place is 2 miles from the house. But no, he has 9 million dumb reasons to do it when he gets out of work tonite when it’ll be 10 pm and torrential downpours.

The guys on my golf trip are nicer to me than my own family. One dude made coffee for everyone each morning. It was the best 5 days I've had since......the last golf trip lol. The only thing that was asked of me regularly was "can you pull the flagstick?". Normally I would reply to this with "f u just putt the ball for your 6", but I was so happy I just complied.
