Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

I'll probably be close to the same. Since covid my taster ain't the same and I never lost my taste, but things are more bland. I told the Mrs., I'm not gonna be miserable eating. I'll play it by ear and try to cut back some. I gotta have some flavor and I'll mix in more rabbit food. At least that's what I say now. My wife eats/cooks healthy, I just need to follow her lead. She would make stuff that I didn't want so I just run to Gold Star or Skyline or Sonic or White Castle a couple 3 times a week. I know it's shit, but it's soooo goood.😁

They say such things like those will kill you....BUT....you cannot get those things after you are dead!! And they taste sooo damn good, when hungry.
Had me 2 Tornadoes and a gas station chicken salad sammich the other day!!😲

LBlack14 Agreed, I know I will eat better when I have help with buying the right stuff and preparing. I get lazy and don't want the prep work for salads. COVID impacted this part, only ate salads ( essentially full bar and created salads with many choices)at work, did not telecommute, all these places closed, and again, I'm lazy at home. I do much better in Las Cruces since my son lives there and I feel guilty eating bad in front of him.

Once we figure out for him to drive, no need for me to do much. Need to buy @sdandrea1 golf cart in FL but doubt he will bring it to NM for $12😁

I really don't eat out much. When I do, I try to make sure that it's delicious, sometimes it's not as healthy as I could find. Sometimes, it's tasty and fairly home cooked.

Bravopilot I'm fortunate, kinda. My wife eats salad 5-7 days a week and usually will make me one.
We ain't much different, in that regard. If I had to make it, it probably wouldn't get made.

They cut mine from 100mg to 50mg, once a day and took me off Lotrell. I'd been on both, for a while. Wife says the blood must be flowing a lot better. Today's BP readings were all in the 120s over upper 70s & 80s. Still a little dizzy, but not like yesterday and Sunday.

Went to the golf dome again today. It feels like I'm starting to find a groove. We'll see if I can maintain that with more sessions before the course opens up in a couple of months.

A few weeks ago I ordered a jack for the bumper pull horse trailer. The company shipped 2 to me. I finally had the time to reach out to them and see if they wanted to send me a label for return shipping. They did, so I boxed it up and it goes out tomorrow with FedEx. Went to hit the range this afternoon, got there it was closed so it could be picked. The guy in the pro shop told me to grab my clubs and go play a few holes, walking only. Played 1, 2, 12-18. Then seeing how the range still wasn't picked, and there was a bunch of balls close to the tees, I grabbed 10 and sent them further away. Started with my 5 wood, had my mevo set up behind the ball for that little session. Saw club speed with my 5 at 96, 102, and 108.1 mph. My driver is much slower, at 99, 101, 102, 102.3, 102.4, 102.6, 103.3, and I'm not sure as to why...

Dayum boy…you playin’ with some good speed still 💪…my very best swing on one of my best days will hit the 97-100 range but it is rare…my normal realm is low to mid 90’s these days…

VigilanteTrail I started 3 years ago at 45, I started speed training last year half-heartedly. I made my own weighted club, and swung that a few days a week, I saw maybe a few small gains. I got the aeroswing pineapples and I'm working with those as much as I can. My end goal is to get to 300 yards with my driver, or as close as I possibly can. I'm a fairly big boy, have quite a bit of natural strength, I just need to get better rotation and speed. Not to mention ball contact. I think I should be able to get there.

So they have both and I like both. My wife and I really like the one with the grapes and nuts, but my youngest does not (well she does, but she's allergic to most nuts).....she is finally away at college though so we bought that one the last time. I brought a chicken salad sandwich for lunch today!

At the Costco nearest us it's usually at the back of the store with the refrigerated foods or meats. Sometimes it's in the refrigerated shelving across from that case and near the salsa, dips, etc.
